I am a serial problem solver, sometimes to my own detriment. Whether I am architecting a design organization or optimizing a suburban vegetable garden, my process remains the same:

  • Problem Identification: I look past the symptoms to find the core constraint

  • Organizer: I build the right team or system to tackle the issue collectively

  • Leader: I stay in the trenches to ensure the solution is robust and scalable

Good pizza is art. I love my pizza oven.

Beyond the Boardroom
My life outside of work informs how I approach design leadership.

I’ve had a life-long passion for soccer. Playing since I was a child, into college. It taught me that a team is only as strong as its movement off the ball—a lesson I apply every day when building cross-functional design organizations.

I married my college love. Three kids later, we now have the pleasure of watching them play the beautiful game and sometimes getting out on a date.

I take pride in the "physics" of a perfectly packed dishwasher. It’s an exercise in efficiency and spatial optimization—my wife disagrees, but my system is objectively superior.

Whether it's tending to my garden or fixing things around our NJ home, I am happiest when I am building or improving a system.

If there’s pizza involved or a fire to watch, I’m at my best. It’s about the slow process, the heat, and the final, tangible result.
